Abstract submissions are now Closed for the 2024 Health Care in Secure Settings conference.
Thank you to those who submitted an abstract. Abstracts are currently being reviewed and we will be notifying everyone By Monday 29 April.
Key dates
Oral Presentation
Each abstract presentation will be 20 minutes in total, which includes a 15 minute presentation and a 5 minute discussion.
Poster
Each abstract poster to be A1 in size, they can be put up by pins or velcro.
Terms and conditions for accepted abstracts
If chosen, you will need to be available over the conference dates to present your abstract to delegates or display it.
Successful Oral abstract presenters (maximum of 2) One presenter will receive complimentary registration to the conference, if there is a second presenter, they will receive 50% off the registration fee. Any costs incurred to attend the conference, such as travel, and accommodation is the responsibility of the presenter.
Successful Poster abstracts (maximum of 1) will receive complimentary registration to the conference. Any costs incurred to attend the conference, such as travel, and accommodation is your responsibility
