- Abstract submissions open December 2025
- Abstract submissions close (strictly on) 9.00am Monday 2 March 2026
- Notification of abstract acceptance April 2026
Oral Presentation
Each abstract presentation will be 15 minutes in total, with discussion.
Poster
Each abstract poster to be A1 portrait in size, they can be put up by pins.
Terms and conditions for accepted abstracts - IMPORTANT information
If chosen, you will need to be available over the conference dates to present your abstract to delegates or display it.
Successful Oral abstract presenters (maximum of 2), Strictly one presenter will receive complimentary registration to the conference, if there is a second presenter, they will receive 50% off the registration fee. Any costs incurred to attend the conference, such as travel, and accommodation is the responsibility of the presenter.
Successful Poster abstracts (maximum of 1 author) will receive 50% off registration to the conference. Any costs incurred to attend the conference, such as travel, and accommodation is your responsibility
